Post-construction cleaning
The clean between practical completion and the client walking in. We take a site from builders' finish to presentation standard, working around snagging and final trades.

How a post-construction clean runs
Three passes, timed against your programme rather than done in one rush at the end. It is the difference between a site that photographs well and one that gets snagged back.
Rough clean, while trades are still on site
Bulk debris, offcuts and packaging cleared. Floors swept and vacuumed so the following trades work on a clean surface and dust stops circulating.
Detail clean, after the last wet trade
Residue removal from glazing, sanitaryware, tiling and joinery. High-level dusting, frames, tracks, sockets and switch plates. This is where most of the hours go.
Sparkle clean, immediately before handover
Final pass once snagging is closed out: glass, floors, fingerprints, protection lifted and removed. Handed over ready for client walkthrough or photography.

Phased handovers, evenings and weekends by arrangement. Tell us the date the client is walking in and we work back from it.

Paperwork on request
Insurance details, tax clearance and method statements supplied with quotations where a contractor requires them.
